The Origin of Paul John Caffeine Company

Paul John Caffeine sources its beans from the lush, mist-covered estates of Coorg, Karnataka, a tiny district tucked into the steep slopes and deep valleys of one of the world’s most biodiverse ecological hotspots. Known as the ‘Scotland of India’ and ‘India’s Coffee Cup’, Coorg produces coffee unlike anywhere else on earth. Rich soil, dense biomass, and native fruit and spice trees growing alongside coffee plants create a bean with extraordinary depth, complexity, and character.

When Shonali Paul founded Paul John Caffeine, her mission was simple: introduce the finest Indian coffee beans to the rest of the world. One of the very few women at the helm of an Indian coffee company, Shonali works directly with select estates across South India to discover distinct flavor profiles grown with meticulous care. Kosher certified, Paul John Caffeine is coffee with a conscience and a story worth savoring.
